Lee Park is a Director of Park HomeCare, bringing over 15 years of senior operational leadership experience within the social care sector.

Lee previously served as an Operational Manager for one of Liverpool’s largest domiciliary care providers in the North West, where he led large multidisciplinary teams and oversaw service delivery across multiple sites. His role required strong leadership, governance oversight, and a consistent commitment to regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Throughout his career, Lee has been deeply involved in recruitment, safeguarding, workforce development, quality monitoring, and strategic planning. He has worked closely with regulatory bodies and ensured services consistently met CQC standards and local authority expectations.

In addition to his domiciliary care background, Lee has collaborated with residential providers and managed complex care packages in partnership with Local Authorities. His experience provides a strong foundation in risk management, partnership working, and safeguarding practice.
