Working With Local Authorities
Park HomeCare works in partnership with Local Authorities and professionals to provide safe, stable, and high-quality residential care for children and young people.
Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed, relationship-based practice and aligned with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. We are committed to safeguarding, transparency, and collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child in our care.

Our Commitment
• Providing a safe and nurturing two-child placement
• Delivering personalised care plans tailored to each young person’s needs
• Maintaining robust safeguarding procedures
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and professional accountability
• Working openly and constructively with Local Authorities and partner agencies
Our smaller two-child setting allows us to offer highly individualised support within a calm, stable, and structured environment.
Safeguarding & Compliance
Safeguarding is central to our practice. Our leadership team maintains clear governance structures, quality assurance processes, and oversight systems to ensure the home operates safely and in line with statutory requirements.
We work closely with social workers, Independent Reviewing Officers, education providers, and other professionals to support care planning, risk management, and positive outcomes for young people.
