Kris has extensive experience supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs. He is committed to delivering trauma-informed, structured, and outcome-focused care that promotes stability, resilience, and positive development.

As Registered Manager, Kris ensures that Park HomeCare operates in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. He leads the staff team, maintains safeguarding compliance, and oversees care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes within the home.

Kris is passionate about creating a safe and stable environment where young people can grow in confidence and independence. His leadership style is rooted in compassion, clarity, and high professional standards, supporting staff to deliver consistent and meaningful care.

He is currently progressing toward his Level 5 qualification as part of his ongoing professional development, further strengthening his regulatory and leadership expertise within children’s residential care.
